Philadelphia Coordinated Health Care (PCHC), the southeastern Pennsylvania Health Care Quality Unit (HCQU), is in the process of developing a dysphagia "Train the Trainer" session for nurses in our region. Please take a few minutes to complete the attached survey to help guide our training development. We appreciate your time and value your input.
